• 四、本协议未尽事宜，甲、乙双方友好协商，可以签订补充协议，补充协议具有同等效力。
  4. As for any matters not covered hereunder, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith a supplementary agreement, which is equally effective and binding as this Agreement.

• 五、本协议一式五份，甲、乙双方各执两份，政府备案一份，自签字之日起生效。

  If any dispute occurs in the execution of this Agreement, the Parties shall negotiate a bona fide solution. Failing negotiation, either Party may take their dispute to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
